Thority was formed in 2019 when Roy and Sean saw an opportunity to help growth stage SaaS companies implement a customer centric growth engine by breaking the silos across departments. We have developed a framework to create or mature customer success operations combining the industry best practices and customer behavioral insights.

Sourav Roy, Founder

Roy is a Customer Success Practitioner who has a passion for creating customer centric growth engine for SaaS companies. Roy has 20 years of experience in the software industry, holding Client Services and Customer Success leadership positions with Cognizant, advising clients in bringing analytics and automation to business problems and processes.

Sean McEvoy, Advisor

Sean McEvoy is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the software industry. He has worked with a number of technology companies such as IBM, DELL, QUEST and Symantec, holding executive leadership positions across an array of business units including customer success, sales, services, SaaS operations and channel development. In his current role as SVP, International at Veritone Inc, Sean is responsible for spearheading International business growth and operational expansion.
